Today I met a guy with an average body. His weight is about 165lbs and height is about 6 feet. For the guy having this height, 165lbs is a normal weight. So he asked me if it’s possible to get six pack abs without losing his weight. I thought to write an article on this as many people would have the same question this guy is having.

First of all you need to understand that you require to lose excess fat from your stomach in order for abs to be visible. Now you cannot lose fat from a particular area in your body. The really astonishing fact however is that processed foods are most often more expensive than fresh foods. So not only are you poisoning yourself with garbage food, you’re hitting yourself in the bank account as well. Double trouble.
