1. I started walking everyday. Instead of parking my car in the front of the parking lot, I would park in the back. 2. I started carrying a water bottle with me. Everywhere I went I carried a half liter water bottle so that I could drink whenever I wanted to. Just doing this I was able to lose an extra 5 pounds every month.
3. I followed a diet program. By following a diet program I was able to control my urges and get myself on track. It’s probably the most important thing that I did to lose my weight.
