Hi, I am Betty and like many of you I have had weight issues most of my life. As I became a young adult, things got better, mostly due to the fact that I was exercising a lot. After 3 children I have no time to exercise like I used to (that’s my excuse anyway) and recently I noticed that I am starting to get belly fat.
Usually not eating dinner for a couple of days would do the trick but this time it is sticking. that’s when I decided to start to look for a weight loss solution that I could afford financially and that I could stick to. It is very easy to start a new weight loss program, it is much harder to stick to it.
The results?
So I started to do some research on internet and found a lot of programs, videos, ebooks and even pills. There is so much choice and so many reviews online all trying to sell you the new miracle for weight loss. Don’t get fooled, there is no miracle, a good exercise program, proper diet should be the base of any good weight loss program.
I have compiled all my findings into this website tips-for-weightloss.org so that I can share it with anyone looking for weight loss tips.
